Denia, Marriott La Sella Golf & Bike Resort (Spain)

On the southern Spanish Costa Brava lies the beautiful Marriott La Sella hotel. In the town of Denia, near Calpe and exactly between Valencia and Alicante (ideal if you come by plane) is located outside the town and right in the countryside; the ideal place to start beautiful bike rides! As the name suggests, there is also a beautiful golf course around the property, so there is something for everyone.

The hotel is truly fully equipped and that is to be expected from this 5-star plus location. Besides a good gym, swimming pool and very nice spa, the hotel also has a specially equipped bike department. Bikes can be safely stored there, repair and cleaning resources available in addition to special bike clothing laundry service.

The area around Denia is perfect for riding. It is not for nothing that almost all the pros descend here in the winter to make the necessary kilometers. Cycling here can be done in the mountains, nicely along the coastline or a nice mix of both.
